Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Notice Requirement:

  We require at least  24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

  Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), will be charged a fee of [Percentage or Amount] of the service fee. 

• Rescheduling:

  You may reschedule your appointment within 7 days of your original booking date, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss rescheduling options. 

• Exceptional Circumstances:

  If you have a genuine emergency preventing you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
